Hello I would like to know the value of this coin, I found this coin one day while going through my jar of coins and I saw that there was no mint mark. So I looked it up and the website said it was worth a lot and I came hear to hopefully find out how much it is worth.
SORRY I PUT THIS IN THE WRONG THREAD!

When you look up values it depends on grade (condition) also if your value came from Ebay It doesn't mean anything because if you advertise a coin there you can put whatever price you think someone might pay, it doesn't necessarily mean it is worth the amount it is selling for.I could put a 1 cent coin on there and say it's worth $2000.00 dollars because I really hope someone is dumb enough to buy it.Even though it's actual value is 1 cent.Your best bet would be to get a coin book that has values in it or ask for someone who owns a coin book to give you an opinion of value from the book. And just because it doesn't have a mint mark doesn't mean anything either no Mint mark is normally Philadelphia as they don't mark their coins.

This is the second year of production. Unfortunately, your chin is worth about .25 in its condition. There is a double die error in this year where the word "Monticello" on the back is stamped twice with a value of $30 but you do NOT have this.

Minimum would be 50 cents if you google you will see. I just got one out of a vending machine and mine looks like new.
