How old is this bottle

I found this bottle and was wondering if some one could tell me about it. I think it is a perfume bottle because of the shape and size of the hole but I may be wrong. Any help is would be greatly appreciated.

No, same bottle but there are to tab like things on the top so that could be why they look different.

1940s or 50s, maybe some kind of toiletry product.

Reminds me of Halo Shampoo, maybe a travel size bottle? But looking at the size of the opening makes me think hair tonic...
