How to accept friend request

Hey all, Detroit digger here, does anyone know how accept a friend request? In my email, I click on the link and it takes me to the log in page, but I'm already logged in?

not sure about Log in page ?

put a Check mark next to the Picture & click accept or next what ever is there.
I can't quite picture the request exactly

as far as the Log in, If you are already logged in, you should be able
to find the request in Notifications at the top
