How to change currency on 'sell one like this'

For items I am not familiar with, I usually search for a simialr one and select the sell one like this link.

However, if it is an international item my new listing winds up in the local currency. For the life of me, I can't figure out how to change it to USD. Any ideas?

I've tried several times using "sell one like it" from international listings. It has never let me even start let alone get to a point of trying to figure out currency. I wonder if it's because I don't ship international? Maybe you have to ship international and keep it in the currency that it's in?

I find that when I try that, I have to log in again. So I give up and look for another one in the U.S.

Are you sure you are on ebay.com and not ebay.co.uk or ebay.de or some other country? This is the only time I have run across this problem.
