How would you react if there was a member who you have talked to for years and always followed their posts and everything and then find out it was a woman or man and you totally thought for the last few years it was the other way around?

Well...I think I would just laugh it off and move on, while never letting on that I was mistaken! Lol Does it really matter?

Wasn't there a story of a few years ago a gay guy was pretending to be a woman with a hot picture for an avatar. after showing up for a hunt with a couple guys who thought they were going to be hunting with a hot girl, imagine the surprise when they met and she was really a he! Lol

does it matter ?

did you do a "Pee Wee" Morris ? Show up for a hunt wearing a rain coat ?

Did you propose ? Hit on ? or generally share personal info you would normally
only share with the other sex then you thought this person was ? if so ooops :tongue3:
better you then me :laughing7:

I'm not here to hit on anyone, so when I'm mistaken. no harm no fowl.
And if I compliment a man on the picture of the pretty girl he tries to pass off as him.
and later find out it isn't him, does it make her look any worse for the wear ? no :dontknow:

What happens online in my mind is all perfectly innocent.
I keep my pants on when I'm at the computer.

Haha. No I was reading a article today about how well do you really know the people your talking to online and thought that would be a great What If subject here.

I don't see a difference at all...everyone should be taken for what they have to offer, ....some of the most intelligent people zI know are of the opposite gender, but who am I....Gary

I'd probably have to have an Irish Cream Ale or a Boddington's or a Kilkenny or three. Of course, that's pretty much how I react to everything-

I don't see where it would matter. A friend is a friend, unless you have some weird freaky deaky fobia or something.
