Hey larson1951!! GORGEOUS little points Steve!! Thanks for sharing!! Hope your well!! GOOD LUCK and GOOD HUNTING!! VERDE!!

Those are some wild looking little points.very neat!

Those are cool. None out of KRF though huh?

Considering the amount of points I have, I have only one of those. They are not very common judging from what I have seen. Mine has a nice notch in the center of the base, and is made of a nice black material somewhat similar to obsidian. I'll have to see if I can find it and get a pic of it.

Very nice finds.

Very interesting. What's up with the 5th from left top row one?

Those are cool points! I don't believe I have found one of those Huffaker points. I have found a couple tri-notched points.

Alright, I have got to ask, what is the full name for TRSS? It took this back east boy a couple months of being on Tnet to figure out what KRF is, now I am back in the dark about TRSS .lol
Those are some interesting and stylistic Huffaker points, nothing out my way compares to those.

ok for starters the 'KRF' is for knife river flint

then "TRSS" stands for Tongue River Silicified Sediment better known around here as 'Gray Chert'.......a very common lithic around here

thank you for your interest and compliments
