An 1800's mill house that I have wanted to hunt for years. I did my first video, but am not ready to post that yet. Finds were an 1888 Indian in very nice shape, an 1898 Barber dime, 3 wheats, a neat old Silvertown Safety League sign. This was put on the bumper of a car in the 30's, a decorative plate with a key hole in it, a 2002 - 50 cent euro that gave me a short nitro moment as it is gold colored. Also a 60 year old rabies tag, and a tooth! I did about 1/2 the yard and will be back soon. I also found some coal, so I now have my wife's Christmas shopping all done!

Nice coinage, Mike. :hello2: WTG on the Barber, IH, and wheats. I think that Euro would have had me fooled. :o Good luck on your return hunt!

Nice IHP and Barber dime. That 88 IHP looks awesome. How in the world did you stumble across the tooth-gold filled?

Nice finds. The emblem is From B.F. Goodrich you got one free when you joined the safety club. If you look on google books there is a 1937 Life magazine advertisment and shows the emblem. It would be cool if you can post it on here. I don't know how to capture the image off of google books.

Wolverine.

good finds good luck when you return

Nice, very nice. I have hunted old home sites for quite some time and thats a nice haul. The tooth is a little weird the roots are so intact as such that it is from a burial site. (Not implying that it is, just a creepy looking tooth) I read and reread but did not see, did you find it when digging something or there is gold in that there tooth? That indian is very crisp and the lock plate is way cool I like that sort of things. It would be great to restore it and use it on a display case for your goodies. Looks even tho you have hunted that place for years you still have lots to go!
It was just laying on the ground where an area had been dug up for a septic system.

Nice finds, hard to break into 1800's on the barbers, great relicks too! Did the coal signal like hot rocks? They always did with my dfx.
