Hit a school last night that has some age to it, which means it's been hammered over the years by detectorists. Wasn't finding much until I hit an area where they put in a new ditch and retaining pond a few years ago. Picked up a wheat, some clad, and this. Pretty sounding weak signal with a vdi of 83 on the at pro occasionally. About 5" down.

A pretty little treasure piece - well done mate! :skullflag: :occasion14:

You never know. I found a silver quarter in a spot I know I swung over a few times in the past hunts. Nice hit man.

For a pounded school you did great,

I'm going back soon to hit the mid tones and take a bigger coil, I still think there is some potential ,

Nice one, congrats on the save

Those older schools will give up the occasional piece of silver.....nice find.

Nice!!! Congrats!!!

Nice one. There is always hope and rarely is a place completely hunts out. Keep swingin.
