Really good craftsmanship!! Tony

QUITO. Your going to ***** in your own special secret way about me reposting a great artifact?? Please post your best flint chips. Sometimes an artifact board needs to see real treasures, this board was due for one. I can post $100 grand more if you wish.
I don't get it? I guess put what ever price you want. You sound like a proud papa of an artifact you post on E-bay. and you post it on here to tell us that your the grand collector of all time?
For me I am just a poor collector that, I am proud of what I have collected. and none of it is perfect. I do not need to told what a nice artifact is.
JMO And maybe I read your comments wrong and if so than I apologize.

I must have read this thread to early this morning.I really don't understand the point being made...Nice axe head though....It's not worth anything to me...I didn't find it...either did friends or family...I appreciate the craftsmanship and the probable joy of someone finding it....but once you put a monetary value on it you lost me...mjm...

It's not bad. Far more interesting to me is the fact that some full grooves and celts, as also seen in the examples below, have pits like that on the blade portion.....

Looks like Post comments were edited? Reason? I never have a problem of re-posting artifacts and I forget what I have posted and not. But when editing a post and all together changing the content "fully" should be explained why. Editing a post for spelling or grammar I see no reason for comments.
When you completely change a post and have posted comments from other members, their comments become out of context. Continuity of a thread that other forum members read should stay intact, or explained why the change.
Thats my .02 cents worth.

Like Charl said it's not unusual , nice axe:thumbsup:. Comments are out there though!!!!!!

Great axe ! Any idea what the divot is for ?

Holy Chit man!

Yes you read me wrong brother. Just an Axe I purchased. No need to read to deeply into it.

Probably just a naturally occurring feature.

It's an excellent example of a utilized Omarolluk stone.
