I don't know what started this roll.....but....

I hope it won't end anytime soon.

Went back to the ball field that was nice enough to give me my first SLQ on Saturday. Had about 1½ hours after work before dark and the rain isn't coming until later tonight so off I went. Kinda like Saturday I had a real mix of targets but tonight the ground graced me with 3 silvers.

1945 Washington quarter, 1942 and 1945 Mercury dimes (plain)



Also found this interesting looking little lock like thing.....any guesses?



Here's the night's take, in addition to the lock and silver I also had 6 wheaties (1911,1920,1921,193?,1941 and 1942), 2 memorials and the pocket knife.

take a close look at that 1942 Merc.it might be a 42 over 41.if it is it is a key find.

Salty, I checked that '42 and three others in my book.....all nice clean "42's" on them but thanks for the heads up!!

nice on the silver im busy working only been out 5 times got one silver this year and it wasent a coin lol so great job man!!
