Found on river in central Illinois. A great weekend and finally my first find even if it is a broke point. Got me dying to go back! I can provide further images of any items if you would like. Please let me know if you suspect any of these to be worked, I am new to this so trying to get an eye for it!

Someone suggested this might be a scraper on another site. Thoughts?

Thanks all!

JC..you can also just post the pics via TNet..much easier, and
some folks are spooky about clicking unknown links.

p.s. Cool looking stones! :icon_thumleft:

JC, when I looked at your images I noticed they had a
dark yellow tint to them, which makes me think you
took those pics under a fluorescent lamp?

What happens the is "white balance" in your camera gets thrown
off by the color temp of the fluorescent lamp, and images come out
to be darker and with a yellowed/orangish tint.

I corrected the white balance in three of them, and now
the artifacts look much more natural colored. Hopefully,
now the pics are up, someone who knows about them
will pipe up.
