I drove from Ogden, Ut to Denver, Co to buy this Haunted House Pinball machine. Over 1000 mile drive. It is in excellent working condition and very hard to find. There were approxmately 36,000 different pinball machines made and about 8000 produced of the Haunted House which is currently #59 on the top 100 list. I bought it off Craiglist and was a little leary about this site. All in All it was a smooth transation. This is my first real arcade, I,m hoping to start my own personal game room over time. Even though this is not a detector find thought you all might enjoy something different.

I have a special place in my heart
for pinball machines. As a teenager
in the 70's, I became a wizard on them, while
listening to "The Who" and others on the jukebox...
Cool find !!
congrats !!

 :headbang:

I love pinball machines, always wanted one.

Very nice

one day when I finish my basement/kid's play area/man cave I will by some full size pinball machines and arcade games. When I built my bar in the family room I did get a MegaTouch machine. It is small with tons of games...great when we have parties. Keeps the kids occupied.

I remember playing that as a teen. awesome pinball. Very rare. good job i have wanted one for years. what did you have to pay for it?

Very cool. I was buying pinball machines myself for a little while when I had plans for an addition on the back of my house. Plans changed and there are now 2 sitting in the garage collecting dust. I had one 5 cent machine made in 1949 that was an all wooden cabinet including the legs, side rails, etc that was not working, missing parts, etc and I sold it to a guy who made it into a coffee table. The 2 I still have are from the 70s & both need minor work. For about 30 bucks or less you can buy a new ball & new rubbers from any number of online parts companies and it will dramatically improve how it plays. Waxing the playfield helps protect the artwork. Yours looks like the rubbers may have already been replaced recently. :dontknow:

(Thanks for the comments T- hunters.)

This pinball was completely shopped out from top to bottom from circuit boards to rubbers, bulbs, playfield waxed etc... I contacted the seller several times with more pictures and questions. I did not want a bust-boom journey
