Its clearly a Pre-1800's East Coast Fidget Spinner prototype. The Ball Bearing Race design wasn't patented until 1794. Pryor to that the "Fidget Amusement Device" was much more boring and hadn't caught on yet.

The pic is good but a little blurry when i enlarge it. It sure does resemble the F/S adjustment on clocks at first glance but nothing else looks like a clock.... besides it being round. I guess the post keep it from turning only so far? What is that holding them all together? A rivet?

No numbers I've looked it over i cleaned it there's no markings just smooth discs Thanks ....its probably a clock part ?

No, most of us do not think its a clock part.

Yea I was wondering that too. How does it anchor to a thin piece of copper but we cant see it on the other end?
