Yes and no, it may have been made by Native Americans, but it could also have occurred naturally as a fossilized crinoid.

be carefull
around here in fl, indian shell mounds are heavily protected and searching and removing ANYTHING is a pretty serious
We have them here in Safety Harbor fl
at fillipe park, a tremendous park to visit

We can dig anything that’s not in a State Park but we had so many the fort was built on top of the Shell Mound IMG_0314.jpg
