I found this yesterday in an old park where I have found stuff going back to the late 19th century.
I think the two long metal pieces that form a sort of sandwich are copper. What is sandwiched inbetween is unclear. Could be metal, could be wood. There is definitely a bit of wood left on the ends and what look like old nails. Any ideas? THANK YOU
