Found this and have no clue what it is. Same on both sides with 2 heads of some kind.
Bottom has a female head profile indented in a glass/epoxy material. Thanks for any help.

Just a guess on my part, but it looks like a seal that was used with melted wax to seal letters or stamp documents with. Neat find.

That is exactly what it is. Wax seal cameo fob with serpents. Probably Victorian or perhaps Edwardian era.
