I was looking in a creek today and found this. Feels lite I put it under a scope and it shows fibers of some kind that is what the checker design is on it. Both sides and the side ways shot. Found in North GA. Any help would be great, rock

Hi its a cutting wheel of an angle grinder! Cuts tiles etc.

yep grinnding wheel,cut off wheels are much more thinner.

oh,throw it away rock wouldnt want it to fly apart on ya if you use it now that it got wet.i have had some fly apart on me and they hurt
