I have to make my own Isis pendulum - where to get plans?

Respected Dowsers, the team UnDead :),

after dowsing so much it has occurred to me
that I have to make my
own pendulums.

My friend has all the machines ready.

Where can I find plans for pendulums?
The one I want the is the Isis.
Just a good 2D picture would be more than enough since they are all symmetrical.

Thank you a lot!

Good day!👋🏼
I don’t have any CNC plans for making an Isis Pendulum, but pictures and bits of knowledge in relation to said pendulum are available all over…so here is a picture with varying sizes and varying amounts of amplifier rings….

You CAN make a pendulum out of anything, as long as you do it for YOU. I have known others to use keys, pencil, rock, arrowhead, stone animal figures, etc…really crazy the diversity that is out there. I do not do much in the way of dowsing, divining rods, etc etc…anymore, but having a pendant that is wrapped in silver or gold wire, like a piece of quartz, quartz point or an actual arrowhead or something natural that you wear as a necklace for some time and then use as a dowsing or pendulum, have always had the understanding that it is more tuned to you and has more “oomph”! Good luck!

It has been a while since I've seen a photo of the Isis pendulum. Isis would be associated with ancient Egyptian cultuure. The metal rings pendulums are very popular, design your own styles. Also wood types but be careful on size to get the right weight for your hands.

Use treasure, attach your gold or silver nuggets, get creative and make it happen! :icon_thumleft:

I was wondering what everything could be. I've heard of professional dowsers using a coin.

Not sure about the copper smashed one, but the stones are a given, then to the far right I see a possible nugget, probably silver, and a ball bearing.

That is what I thought, possibly a silver nugget. Years ago, Garrett took a team to a river in Mexico. They hunted silver nuggets with detectors, manual ground balanced to find black sand pockets. Water was shallow enough to locate the iron minerals and that was dug to pan out later. Plenty of silver nuggets came out looking much like you see as a pendulum. I don't think I would use any junk myself, for constructing a dowsing tool.

That same technique Charles Garrett used in the river works to find old drywash piles no longer visible on the surface. Not piles people have reworked for 70 plus years (but the long forgotten piles from gold rush era).

I've found plenty of gold and copper nuggets, silver nuggets have been harder to find.I do have one.

When I was down at Laguna placers, Yuma area, and up at Quartzsite... one of the local prospectors talked about a place native silver had been abundant but getting worked out scarce now. I'm thinking it was a low or flat top hill he said had the silver.

Nice to see a silver nugget find!

probably an old bench, which is where I have the most luck

I see bench often mentioned on prospecting forum discussions. Trying AI for a good descrition of a bench formation

AI report----

Understanding the Term "Bench" in Relation to Gold or Silver Veins

In the context of gold or silver prospecting, the term "bench" refers to a specific geological feature that can indicate the presence of valuable minerals. According to the information found in the search results, a bench is not a low flat top hill, but rather a different geological formation. The presence of a bench can be a reliable sign that gold may be present in the surface material. Benches are often large areas in size and can contain good gold. They are elevated patches of gravel that can be found along gold-bearing streams, representing virgin material that may contain valuable gold. These patches of gravel, if still in place, can be indicative of the presence of gold and can be worth extracting. Additionally, benches can be associated with the presence of quartz vein material, which further indicates the potential for gold to be present in the area
. Therefore, in the context of gold or silver prospecting, a bench is not a low flat top hill, but rather an elevated patch of gravel along gold-bearing streams that can indicate the presence of valuable gold in the surface material.

Formation of Benches in Geology

In geology, a bench or benchland is a long, relatively narrow strip of relatively level or gently inclined land that is bounded by distinctly steeper slopes above and below it. Benches can be of different origins and created by various geomorphic processes.

Origins and Formation:
  • Structural Benches: Differential erosion of rocks or sediments of varying hardness and resistance to erosion can create structural benches. These are formed due to the erosion resistance of horizontally bedded rock, resulting in a nearly level to gently inclined surface that rests on a relatively resistant layer.
  • Fluvial Terraces: Some benches are narrow fluvial terraces created by the abandonment of a floodplain by a river or stream and entrenchment of the river valley into it.
  • Mining Benches: In mining, a bench refers to a narrow strip of land cut into the side of an open-pit mine. These step-like zones are created along the walls of an open-pit mine for access and mining.
Characteristics and Uses:
  • In Mining: Benches in mining are divided into horizontal layers and are wider than safety benches to provide enough room for mining equipment to perform their tasks.
  • Geological Processes: Benches can be formed by various geological processes, such as rivers, waves, or the varying levels of erosion of different types of rock.
In summary, benches in geology can be formed through differential erosion, fluvial terraces, and mining activities. They are characterized by their relatively level or gently inclined land and are utilized in various mining operations.

To simplify, a bench is where the river used to run. In a desert it is often harder to spot, but in a forest area, you can tell by the tree line, the trees line will drop, say 30 feet, and stay level for a bit, then fall further, the flat spot where the tree line fell is the bench. Same thing in the desert, only harder to spot.

In my younger days I would be like Jeff Williams, run up and down hill sides looking for good areas, hopefully benches, but all of a sudden, I was old. A few years ago I found myself about 800 feet up a hillside following a small wash, and when I turned and looked down I wondered how this old knucklehead was going o get down, I do not bend like I once did. Now I use a drone to go up the hills and over the mountains to do the searching.

!st photo I get something the center area. @nd photo I was drawn to the left side.

I once could drive all the way out there myself and then live out of my car for 2 weeks. Not anymore, it will have to be a permanent move next time.

very good, the 2nd picture is where the drone flew to the area in the center of the 1st picture. I would only have checked where circled, looks like you would have checked the area just to the left in blue.I will check there also on my return trip this fall. the area in blue is what stands out in the first photo.

Actually, the best pull is between the blue and red, and a little other side of red line. I do get something in the blue but feels different than the stronger area.
