The MXT is a great detector. The Coinmaster Pro isn't a very impressive machine IMO especially for what they cost new. Hope you got that one cheap.

Get out there and start hunting with them.

You will find out if they are valuable or not, unless you are just an ebay type buyer and seller.

Don't forget to fill your holes, leave no trace of your digging, and then post pictures of your finds.

Your metal detectors will not go over something and say "Stop- there is a ring or bracelet or coin under here". You need to get out the and use it and learn your detectors and how the react to different metals. It's not so hard, but it does take dime. And dig everything so you can learn what sounds go with what metals. Don't forget to fill them holes back in! Good Luck.

Agreed, the MXT is a very good all-around machine.
