I hit a silver vein mining the Coinstar machine

In line paying for stuff at the store, I asked my daughter to check the Coinstar machine. She snubbed me, and as we walked by my wife says “there’s a pile of money in the dump cup!”

They hurried on as not to be embarrassed while I mined the machine.

Good golly I scored over 30 silver quarters including 2 Canadian, a merc and Franklin half.

Stuffed my pockets and moved on as it was no one’s business. I’ve scored a couple clads and Canadians in the past but never expected this.

Yeee Haaaa!!!! I get silver now and then but never like that. Usually Canadian, sometimes other foreign coins or tokens. I sent my son over to look years ago, he came back with a handful. $4.80 all Canadian. Congrats.
