Contact Lenses ? each with it's own Super small power Supply ?

I hear that's what the Aliens Have.

Well...if it's going to be in the future maybe our bodies could power them.
All we need is more reflection in the back of our eyes rather than absorbing light and it soaking in to no use.
I would lose or step on a contact though!
