Sounds to me like a proper noun; like Smith or Jones--without any other meaning.

Thanks for the replys! He is my primary care Dr. ......I was told of the translation by another Russian Dr. but I couldn't understand/hear (great drugs)what he said while I was in the hospital and from what I gathered the meaning of his name wasn't a very complimentery one at that! BUT who knows!!
