And to boot, they will sell the gravel, keep the gold, use a cutterhead dredge, which will make more methyl mercury than a million 4 inch dredges, and they get to use the money to keep suing. On top of all that they have a huge campaign to falsely advertise the need for their enviro dredging through out the rest of the state. When enviors dredge with a BAD system, GOOD. When miners dredge with a Good system, BAD. BAD, BAD. Emergency OAL passage in spite of its not meeting the states own definition of a emergency.....
