I may have tossed a cob

Last year I found a definate copy. Then later on in the year I found one that was not marked copy. I either threw it away with the rest of the trash finds or sent it to my friends kids who are really into pirates. I send them all my foreign coins. I'm waiting to hear from him to see if recievced anything that looks like this. What's your opinion?
