I need help? Identifying a coin

Hello my friend found this coin on the south coast of the UK, ok the photo is terrible but is it worth getting it checked out?

Unfortunately the reverse is completely gone

I don't think you'll ever see a George I farthing struck as off-centre as that! All I can make out is a straight line at the right which looks like the edge of a shield, and what appears to be a non-British crown above it. That would create multiple continental possibilities which are difficult to narrow down without some more detail.

That is from GEORGIVS.

Never seen one as off-centre as that before, but it seems they do exist.

Yes, I saw the mouth line & the nose when i clicked the picture. The site loads pics sideways which just makes it more confusing.

Sadly not. The extreme off-centre strike might attract the interest of someone who collects minting errors but not to a degree that makes it valuable in that condition.
