The gist of the story was these (Massholes from Cape Cod) pulled up a case from under a bridge. Turns out it was a derringer pistol. If it’s not claimed within a period of from the police, it’s theirs to keep.

The actual reason I can't access this story is I don't have an Apple device to view it and it appears to be on Apple News.

I'm with you on this one-except I have a Mac and still couldn't access the story.
If I have to download anything to look at anything-even my tax filings I'm not that interested.

Funny when I posted that, I thought of good friends I had back in the day. I used to run around with a crew, shooting darts in the Cape Cod league, hooking up with barflies at The Approach in Bourne, working at HYA airport….. haven’t been back home in 30 years. Maybe when I retire, I’ll come back. I heard the rotary at the Sagamore bridge is gone? Yeah, if I had a long enough rope, I’d probably find 50 guns in that canal.

And sorry guys yall couldn’t see the post. I didn’t realize, or care that it was an Apple News link, and it can’t be viewed by all. Love my Apple News… highly recommend.
