This is now officially my best find in my 20 years of swinging a detector (and I have had quite a few good ones...) My first time out this year, I found this 14k diamond ring. Even my untrained eye could tell it was a very nice ring. Anyway, got the appraisal back yesterday and had to re-post again with some new pics. The ring is 14K with a total of 1 carat of high quality diamonds. The center diamond is a little over 0.5 carat. All diamonds are high quality with the center diamond being vvs1/vvs2. The appraised retail value is $5000.
