I started looking under my tree this morning.

I had planned on detecting, but life had other ideas, weather was perfect.

Ha ha ha! Well now! Finally, the secret is out, huh? WIF is a fraud! LOLOLOLOL!!!

I really must say that although the innuendo is a bit much to take, I REALLY am glad mr Clad that you pointed this out!

I had a feeling that I had seen this before my own self, just couldn't recall where! If you hadn't pointed it out, I might not have found this neat little quirk of our hobby. So, even though there might have been an ulterior motive, I thank you sir.

What Mr.Clad so correctly points out is that this find, OR....it's twin has been posted before. We know that there were many, many 1964 dimes made but we never think that one dime is being used for multiple posts! LOL

So, too, goes for bling. Especially in this machine duped world of mass production.

So, it's not too surprising to find duplicates. Not usual, but not unlikely. Here's the answer:



Two different places, about 6 months apart and, viola, the same thing!

Yeah, I'm thinking sterling too. It came out looking like that, rings in around 80-85.
