For such a small, light machine, it really bit the flower gold, even the tiniest of the tiniest. Heck, the whole unit fits inside a 5 gallon bucket disassembled, less the battery. I made a 3 minute video of it in action.

On the drop riffle front, I've used the highbanker attachment for the Gold Cube, and the attachment has three drop riffles (branded as "nugget traps") in the tray under the screen. I've noticed those drop riffles catch and hold a surprising proportion of the micro gold, along with the coarser stuff. Your post makes me want to try out an all-drop riffle solution now!
