The woman from Rathdrum, Idaho who won the January 4th Mega Millions Jackpot may have to split her winnings with her estranged husband.

she may have to share $90 million with husband
& I Bet she fights it making the Lawyers Very rich.

Till she's done fighting she'll be lucky
to have a Million Left.

Greed will Get her :laughing7:

there is an exception to the law. If Holly can prove the winning ticket was a gift or was inheritance, than she could dispute sharing the money.

I'll say I Sent it to her for $90 Million :laughing7:

She'll feel even worse when she finds out it will actually be 95 million :laughing7: I think I could get by OK with 95 million, besides, if they are not of below average intelligence, they will never be able to spend that money....

But I am sure their children can, and will in a heartbeat :laughing9:

If he goes after it he will proably get it. My brother-in-law was married and he left his wife. They was separated for 9 years he passed away and his ex filed for spouse support from his SS and she gets a check every month now because she is a widow now. They never talked to each other in the 9 yrs and she lived in another state. If they don't divorce they are still legally married.....Matt

I say split it three ways...1/3 for her, 1/3 for him and 1/3 to a trust for the kids. Why give lawyers any of it :dontknow:. I think I could live very comfortable on a third of $95 million.

O to have just a million....the things I could do....

I stand corrected Jeff - $190 million is correct. Thank you. I was going off of spartacus' post :) and I still say split into thirds.

P.S. My post is correct.. 95 million x 2 is 190 million... That's why I said she would be mad to give up 95 million.... I spent 1/2 a day figuring that out counting each finger and toe as $100,000. I should have just made the value 1 million each and saved a lot of time :laughing7:

I misread your post Spartacus and it's so nice to know you have fingers and toes and know how to use them :notworthy:
