With all the rains we've had this winter already, the silt and scouring in entire river systems must be driving them crazy. No money to be made trying to regulate weather.
The rivers are being affected more in 5 minutes than years of combined dredging could ever do. Funny how the fish have survived millenniums of this but can't survive a single brief dredge season according to their science sources
