Cool thread. I haven't been on here or digging at all for a fact all I do is work . I know most of you have seen this but this is the best bottle or rather the best thing I have ever dug up. A square pitkin ink bottle a beautiful piece of Connecticut ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1423488575.670199.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1423488600.631642.jpghistory.

Sure is good to hear from you again. Was worried about you.

Everyone has seen mine too. As far as DUG bottles, it's still this Garry Owens Strengthening Bitters, Sole Proprietor, Ball & Lyons Co., New Orleans,LA. ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1423495184.699759.jpg

Thanks bass it's good to have some time to see what others are digging up. I notice a lot of new people down here in the basement. I'm just waiting for the spring thaw we have over three feet of snow on the ground right now. And I'm working as a lift supervisor at a local ski resort so I'm especially really sick of snow.

Bass that's one nice New Orleans bitters you just don't see them up here in New England.

Yep, a lot of new folks on here but that's a good thing. Until I dig a whole clasped hands flask(lol) this will likely be my best dug bottle.

Here's my best, such as they are. Local company- and ID'ed by Surf. (sigh)

Dug these two years ago.
And other than one whiskey/wine jug unearthed early last year, been having a bit of a dry spell.

Curbdiggercarl that local druggist is a nice piece. Colorado has some really nice bottles. And yakker those cobalt blues are gorgeous they would be top shelf in my collection.

Nice ones Carl. Have you talked to Pikes Peak Charlie lately? Haven't heard from him in quite some time

Found this nice original E.G. Booz at a antique shop in Maine. I payed $63.00 dollars for it. When I purchased it I didn't know if it was the real deal but took a chance and it payed off. By far my best find.
