Word is that there is an anonymous ice cream joint with a cute little sign on their building advertising this deal..Wonder how many suckers they raked in so far?

What is meant is the kid will streak the collection eventually anyway. Since they would steal for an ice cream cone, they could very well streak the silver anyway and cash it in at a bank. Do you understand now. .?
