Got this awhile back. Came with a lot of various quartz points from Carolinas. Anyone know what the type is on this one? Only thing I can find that’s close is hell gap, but being quartz, I can tell by the flaking pattern. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks

Sure has a paleo look to it, but it's too far from home for me to throw a type out there. Have an idea, but I'll keep it to myself for now.
 
I'd lean beaver lake. Kinda looks like the love child of a beaver lake and hixton.
 
That crooked tip is just classic to shell midden angosturas.
 
i just gotta say....what a pathetic stone to be forced to use...I mean to say... it took some skill to knock that baby into shape and some lithic desperation to use the material in the first place.
