Identification Spanish cob 4 reales ???

Hello. I'm French and I bought Spanish cob of 1600's but I can't identify it. Its weight is 12,15 grams. Worn and without date but with the mint-mark "N" clear. I'm hesitating between cob of Spain (mint : maybe Grenada ?) or Colombia (mint : maybe Cartagena or Nueva Reino ?).

Yes, a 4R cob, by weight.
Bogata also used the "N" (alone) mint mark between 1622 and 1657.
