I found this item today digging I my parents backyard. I believe it to be just construction scrap but I wanted to make sure. Thanks for the help.

Part to a bracelet or a pendent its says LOVE on one side and LV YU on the other
 
I figured it out. As you spin the item it spells I love you great advice. Thanks for the tip.
