Identifying a Wm Rogers & Sons AA spoon

This may be a sugar spoon and we have not been able to find the pattern. On the top side of the handle it says United States of America. On the underside is USA.
It's not marked sterling. (pat. Feb 23, 1915) Looking for possible value of this piece. Thanks.

Cool spoon. The ones I can see online are selling for anywhere from $7-$15.
