I had just seen an article about this. I kinda feel bad for the guy. Not about finding the treasure, which is amazing, but about have to say that it was him.

why would the treasure be relocated to a vault in NM
it was found in WY
why dosent the finder put it in a vault where hi lives " in east"
perhaps the chest wasn't hidden and never left NM where Fenn lived - was in the vault all along
maybe fenn hid an item that stated how to claim chest

Yeah that is sad. Some poor loser wanted to try to steal what he found and took him to court. Typical of the way people are starting to behave these days. Hope the finder stays in med school.
