Identity???

Have five large chunks of this- but not sure what it is...

A little like sulfur - a little like calcite-
One spot of one is a bit crumply-
Rest is hard, even crystalline-
Purple shade into green and yellow at random. Any ideas?

Try a bit of acid to test for calcite and hardness test for fluorite are my thoughts.
