If you were going to atempt to dredge for a living where would you go?

Just striking up some friendly conversation among dredgers
Just wondering where the experience dredger would look to go and why
Please answer with current laws in place such as Cali's dredge ban !

Central and south america got them nasty crocs/caymen and such and been in the water with them and NO fun being on the menu. Me?? I'd go to Russia as africa NONONO china rocks but so does rules pollution,friend spent 2 1/2 years. Private property back east would be your best bet BIG like 300+ acres as then you have privacy from prying eyes and enviro snivelers-John
