Illinois Archaic?

From far NE Illinois. Looks resharpened to the haft. Any idea what this is? I’m thinking exhausted Matanzas. It has what appears to be small ear near the base. Very thick. Need opinions from Midwest experts. Thanks.

They didn’t used to be found in Florida either but they are now.
