I'm back,,,,,,,,,,,,after 40 years

I thought that title might breed some curiosity.I was surfing around and ran across this site.

My name is Dick Laxton and I was a member of this club in the 70's.I bought two Whites detectors from Jim Alexander,,,,,,,,,,,

I remember we (THAP) had a head bumping going on with the federal laws on MD's being used on South Padre shore line.Our plant(THAP member) was stopped by the park rangers I think it was and his MD(club donated) confiscated and a court date was set for Corpus,then moved to Houston ,then back to Corpus I think.The place of venue kept moving for fear of THAP winning the case.Does anyone know if this ever was resolved.I'd be interested in the details if so.

Well I'll be dipped,I don't remember that post.I see where I said the issue was dropped was that the case.I don't remember posting that.

I thought a little about something else,was it Jim or Bob Alexander?

Old minds remember odd thngs.I'm now 76.Is Treasure Net and 2 cool associated?
