I am not sure if my request is permissible and if not my apologies and I will withdraw the thread! What I was wanting to know is if anyone owns a copy of " Confederate and Southern Agent Marked Shotguns" by Pritchard and Ashworth, Jr. I have an old southern shotgun I would like to find out about, but cannot justify (or afford!) buying the book for just one question. What I was wondering is if the gun is listed or referred to in this book. If you own a copy and the IF the website allows sharing this information online, I would love to know! Thanks!

Not to hijack..but is there any family history attached to the firearm? None of which I am aware. The gun was inherited from my uncle, but to the best of my knowledge, he bought it from a private individual.
Very nice piece.[
