I was up in Colorado National Monument today and saw a lot of spectacular sights and rock formations. This is a side and end view of one called Independence Rock. Every year on the 4th of July experienced climbers hike to it, scale it, and raise an American flag on the top. Almost, and I mean almost makes me wish I was young enough to try that type of climbing myself.
