Got out Saturday and Sunday and it was very humid here in Westchester County New York made for a very sweaty couple hunts in the woods.

Saturday I dug a lot of shotgun shell head-stamps amongst other garbage, clad, wheats and one silver Merc. Also found a crucifix from a rosary and an old Horse shoe. Indian head penny is quite worn but cleaned up very nice! Great green patina, 1886.

Sunday, I went to a party spot in the woods, very trashy, a lot of little drug bags and a couple needles. Got to be careful. I figured it's been a party spot for a long time and I was right. Dug a few Wheaties and a 1948 silver Rosie. In a different spot of the woods I recovered a 1957 Kelloggs shredded wheat Brooklyn Dodgers aluminum toy ring.

Yes there is a scratch on the Rosie probably from a rock when I was digging it out it's too thin and fine to be from my digger.
