Indian artifact, or just a rock? I'm a newbie!

Flat new at artifact hunting, and this site! Anyone know if this may be a scraper or knife blade? It's not more than 3-4 inches, and appears to me as having napping around most edges? Anyone who knows anything about artifacts? Thanks so much!
