Can anyone tell me if this might be an Indian artifact. I have looked online and it appears that it is possibly a tool for fire. I have seen a few pictures which look extremely similar. I live in an area where Piscataway and Yaocomaco were known to live in southern Maryland. It was found on a beach and I can't think of how that could have occurred naturally in this environment off of the Chesapeake Bay or in tidal rivers. I have found one other like it. Let me know what you think.

Thanks!

How would a rock become worn in that way?

I agree natural. Mother nature makes all different shapes of rocks. Keep looking though, rock
