Indian artifact?

Found this near Louisville,Ky and still unsure what it is. Thoughts?

That looks like a rock out of somebodies garden. Not an artifact.

Just a unique regular rock probably tumbled in a river for sometime.

It was found under a very large tree in buried with quartz side sticking out of the ground.
