Indian cent 1898,y&t padlock,

Got out to the woods today.
Found a few things laying around.
A metal wash pan,porcelain pan,
electric insulator with copper on it.
1898 Indian cent and 1948d weat penney.
The indian cent was found by the big tree and
the Y&T Yale padlock was near by.Roger.

I bet there's a lot more to be found in that spot.

I'm not quite ready to hit the woods hunting yet, but looks like you've found a nice spot to hunt, Rog! Congrats on the finds!

I believe that locks with the Yale & Towne "Y & T" trefoil logo (sometimes described as a "key head" or "clover") on the back of the case date from 1897 to 1925.

Thanks Nana.Get someone to go with you it's fun. If you don't want to do all the climbing just do the lower slopes by the trees. A woods connected to a park would be best.Good luck.
