How many boxes did it take for You to find an Indian head?

Dozens of boxes, nothing older than 1910.

Tanner and I have searched over 100 boxes or 250,000 cents and have found 2 Indian heads

Keep on Searching

None found in the wild yet...four more boxes being delivered tomorrow! Maybe this will be the time to find one:-)

Over 100 boxes of cents and not a single one.

I've searched probably ~50-75 boxes and have found 3 Indian cents, all common 1900s. Oldest Lincoln: 1909 (not vdb). A few better dates: 1913d, 1931d. Found 1 1970s small date. Best cent find: 1972 doubled die many years ago.

Took me only 5 individual rolls and found a 1906. Never bought a box. Pure luck.

I've searched over 1,067,100 pennies (426 boxes equivalent) all by hand and have found 13 Indian heads (1891(1), 1895(2), 1899(1), 1900(2), 1901 (1), 1902(1), 1904(1), 1906(1),1907(3)). Two of those were in the same CWR roll. I've also found 7,036 wheat cents, 6 proofs, and an 1858 flying eagle cent. Good luck!

I've gone through some boxes enough to get me 100lbs of copper so far.. I've gotten 2 Indian Heads Both being 1900 I flipped both times I found em :)

Fun Fact: The Indian Head is really the Statue of Liberty with a Feather Headdress on :)

I've found more IHP's in cent rolls when I visited CANADA than in cent boxes in AMERICA.
I'd say 1 IHP in 150 boxes for me.
